This Grant Pass-Thru Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 1st day of July, 2021 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Phoenix, a municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the state of Arizona (hereinafter referred to as “PHOENIX”) and City of Glendale, a municipal corporation, duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Arizona (hereinafter referred to as “SUBRECIPIENT”). PHOENIX and SUBRECIPIENT are sometimes referred to collectively as “PARTIES” and individually as a “PARTY.”
