This agreement is made at Saratoga, California by and between the CITY OF SARATOGA, a municipal corporation (“City”), and DE ANZA YOUTH SOCCER LEAGUE (“User Group”) concerning, the use and maintenance of the park named below and to serve as a Group Use Permit in accordance with Article 11-10 of the Saratoga City Code.
