These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC) apply to all establishments of Genuss Werkstatt AG, Obergass 15, 7414 Fürstenau, Switzerland (entered in the commercial register of the Canton of Graubünden under the number CHE-110.126.614), namely Schloss Schauenstein, Casa Caminada and OZ www.schauenstein.ch, www.casacaminada.com, www.andreascaminada- shop.com and www.oz-restaurant.com (hereinafter referred to as "Genuss Werkstatt AG").

The contract (guest accommodation contract) is concluded by binding booking (verbally, in writing, by fax, e-mail or by telephone). The provider (Lechner am See) undertakes to provide the contractually owed services. The guest is obligated to make use of the booked services or, if applicable, to reimburse the loss in case of non-use.
