FUNDING ACTIVITY AGREEMENT (“Activity Agreement”) is entered into and made effective as of this day of 2025 (“Effective Date”), by and among the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority (“Authority”), a joint powers agency of the State of California, and its members who execute this Agreement, who are hereinafter referred to jointly by the plural term Activity Agreement Members.” Capitalized terms used in this Activity Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in Section 2 below.
