THIS AGREEMENT is made between Navistar, Inc., a Delaware corporation having its principal office at 2701 Navistar Drive, Lisle, Illinois 60532 (hereinafter "Navistar") and you, the purchaser(hereinafter"Customer")of the Navistar Engine Diagnostics Software (hereinafter "SOFTWARE")
