The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and United Way of Central Texas (Grantee), who are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties," to that certain 2-1-1 Texas Information and Referral Services Contract effective September 1, 2021 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000979200025, now desire to amend the Contract with this Amendment A.
