SUMMER 2021Housing License Addendum • September 27th, 2022
This License Addendum (“Addendum”) to the 20-21 AY East Campus License Agreement (“License”) is entered into by the person executing this License Agreement (“Licensee”) and the Trustees of the California State University (on behalf of California State University Monterey Bay (“CSUMB”), and the University Corporation at Monterey Bay (“Corporation”) (together referred to as “University” or “Licensor”). The CSUMB Student Housing and Residential Life (“SHRL”) office administers this License on behalf of the University unless otherwise noted. Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC (Greystar) is Corporation’s agent as property manager of the Frederick Park student housing area in CSUMB’s East Campus. This Addendum to the License is for the Summer 2021 semester; the License is thus modified to be valid for Summer 2021 semester only. This Agreement is considered accepted by the University and Licensee on the date which the Licensee provides a digital signature for the License.
