This Agreement on IBM Commercial Terms (called the “Commercial Terms”) governs transactions by which Customer licenses ICA Programs and obtains Program licenses from IBM Ceska republika, spol. s r.o. (“IBM”). These Commercial Terms, including its applicable Attachments and Transaction Documents, are the complete agreement (“Agreement”).
