This Infrastructure and Property Conveyance Agreement – Brick and Mortar District (this "Agreement") is made and entered into to be effective as of , 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF KYLE, TEXAS, a Texas home rule municipal corporation (the "City"), PLUM CREEK DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS, LTD., a Texas limited partnership (“PCDP”), and MOUNTAIN PLUM, LTD., a Texas limited partnership (“MP;” MP and PCDP are referred to collectively herein as “Owner”).
