Innovation Network Schools are schools that operate in partnership with Indianapolis Public Schools and were established as a result of state legislation passed in 2014. The first Innovation Network Schools agreements were approved in 2015 for the following schools: Emma Donnan Elementary School, Enlace Academy, KIPP Indy College Prep Middle School, KIPP Unite Elementary School, and Phalen Leadership Academy at Francis Scott Key School

Innovation Network Schools are schools that operate in partnership with Indianapolis Public Schools and were established as a result of state legislation passed in 2014. These schools operate with the fullest level of flexibility IPS offers and are an integral part of the district fabric, helping ensure there is a quality school in every neighborhood.
