This NFT (NON-FUNGIBLE TOKEN) LICENSING (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of Today’s Date ( the “Effective Profile Completion Date”), and shall exist until Termination Date (the “Effective Profile Deletion Date”) by and between Licensor (aka “User” aka “Business Owner” “Creator”), as an Entity or Individual (“Entity Type/State of Incorporation”) and VALOREM FOUNDATION, INC., a Delaware corporation ( “VF”) (“VF” and its Controlled Affiliates (as hereinafter defined) are collectively referred to herein as “Licensee”).
