We would like the tenants to acknowledge and/or agree to the terms of use for the wired or wireless system in 3 ways. This helps because each of the three reinforces each other and helps to defeat legal arguments against enforcement (such as attacks against online signatures or contracts; attacks against agreements that need to be in writing; boilerplate; etc.) We think its very important for this type of Agreement to be tied to the lease in a written format and backed up with online acknowledgements upon use. The online version helps if for some reason a tenant fails to execute the addendum, but we believe every tenant should be required to execute the addendum and every new lease should incorporate at least some language tying the lease to the addendum.
