These general terms and conditions are intended for use with agreements for IT-related services and sale of related hardware and software. These general terms and conditions constitute an appendix to the agreement entered into between the Parties. The agreement, including appendices, is hereinafter referred to as the Agreement. In the event of any conflicting information in the Agreement, the parts of the Agreement prepared by the Parties shall take precedence over these general terms and conditions.
