This ITx Firewall Managed Security Services Addendum and Service Level Agreement (collectively referred to herein as “Addendum”) amends and modifies the Telecommunications Account Agreement and related Service Agreement between TPx Communications and Customer (collectively “the Agreement”). As amended by this Addendum, the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
