Overview: The Florida Council on Aging and the Florida Association of Aging Services Providers agree to conduct a joint conference in 2016, as outlined in this agreement. The selection of the conference hotel is to be the sole decision of FCOA. The joint conference agreement does not preclude FASP from conducting an intensive under the same policies and conditions as other parties; likewise, income and expenses related to intensives and academies are not subject to this agreement. Also, members of each organization will be entitled to register at the conference “member” rate, if their dues are current through the month of the conference. The Presidents of FASP and FCOA, or their designees, shall render any further decisions required related to this agreement.
