For the purposes of this Joint Controller Addendum (“JCA”), the Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC (Rahway, NJ, USA) entity or affiliate executing the contract or other form of agreement referencing this JCA (the “Agreement”) shall be referred to as “Company” and all other parties to such Agreement shall be collectively referred to as “Supplier”. Company and Supplier are each a “Party” and together the “Parties.”
