THIS JOINT PUBLIC LIBRARY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into this 23rd day of July, 2019, by and between the TOWN OF DOTY, a Wisconsin quasi-municipal corporation (“Doty”), the TOWN OF LAKEWOOD, a Wisconsin quasi-municipal corporation (“Lakewood”), the TOWN OF RIVERVIEW, a Wisconsin quasi-municipal corporation (“Riverview”), and the TOWN OF TOWNSEND, a Wisconsin quasi-municipal corporation (“Townsend,” and together with Doty, Lakewood and Riverview, the “Four Towns”).
