This document serves as a formal agreement, effective as of the date specified, between the identified Landscaper and Customer, herein referred to as the Parties. The Landscaper is tasked with providing specific landscaping services at the designated property, as outlined in the agreement. These services will be completed using the Landscaper's own labor, materials, and supplies, and upon finishing, the Landscaper is responsible for the removal of all related debris. The Customer retains the right to propose modifications to the initially agreed-upon services, which must be documented in writing and endorsed by both Parties.
