This Agreement expressly does not relate to the performance of Mobility Analytics & Consulting services or to the initial set-up of the ioki operating system. The Parties shall enter into separate agreements governing these issues (agreement on the performance of Mobility Analytics & Consulting services and agreement on the performance of Integration & Consulting services, respectively).
