This CINA Foundation Suite™ Licensed Software Agreement Purchased Through DARTNet Institute (the "Agreement") is entered into as of the date of the last signature hereto <<EFFECTIVE DATE>>, by and among <<LICENSEE>>(“Licensee”), with a principal place of business located at <<ADDRESS>>, and the DARTNet Institute (“DARTNet”), a Missouri non-profit corporation, with a principal address located at 11400 Tomahawk Creek Parkway, Leawood, KS 66211. Collectively, Licensee and DARTNet shall be known as the "Parties".
