This Master Agreement establishes the basic terms and conditions for the Contractor to provide professional architect and engineering services for State of Vermont projects on an as-needed basis. Services may be for new construction and renovation projects, including any and all phases from feasibility/programming through construction administration; including but not limited to design services, code analysis, studies, permitting, CAD drafting, surveying, and construction estimating, as required for the specific project.
