This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of in the year 20 by and between the HERMOSA BEACH CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT,” and SVA Architects, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “ARCHITECT.” This AGREEMENT shall include all terms and conditions set forth herein.
