Master Banking Agreement 1. GENERAL 1.1. These terms and conditions are for an account opened by an account holder “CUSTOMER” with Afghanistan International Bank (The Bank) and for Services provided to the Customer by the Bank. The terms “ACCOUNT” means “A Banking relationship as per Article 1 of Law of Banking in Afghanistan and shall include any Afghani or foreign currency account (s) opened and maintained by a Customer with the Bank”. The term “CUSTOMER” and/or “ACCOUNT HOLDER” means a person, a partnership firm, an institution, a company, the Central, Provincial or Local Government or any of its divisions, departments, or agencies, a club, Association or society etc. who or which maintain one or more account with the Bank or avails any other services from the Bank. The term “Card” means an Afghanistan International Bank any type of Credit, Debit or Prepaid Cards.The term “BANK” means all or any branch of Afghanistan International Bank “AIB”.
