This Master Data Processing Agreement is made between FIFTH THIRD PROCESSING SOLUTIONS, a division of FIFTH THIRD BANK, an Ohio banking corporation, having its principal office at 38 Fountain Square Plaza, Cincinnati, Ohio 45263 (collectively “Vendor”) and FIRST SECURITY BANK, having its principal office at 318 Main Street, Lexington, KY 40507 (“Customer”).
