AMENDED AND RESTATED MASTER MATERIAL/DATA TRANSFER AGREEMENTMaster Material/Data Transfer Agreement • March 11th, 2022
This Amended and Restated Master Material/Data Transfer Agreement (this “AGREEMENT”) is entered into by and between the institutions participating in the Consortium and identified in Appendix A (the “PARTIES”) to amend and replace the previously executed MASTER MATERIAL/DATA TRANSFER AGREEMENT, to carry out the mission of the Consortium as described in the protocol(s) (see Appendix A). As such, the PARTIES are obligated to adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, NIH policies and guidelines incorporated within each Party’s Cooperative Agreement (as hereinafter defined). For purposes of this AGREEMENT, “Cooperative Agreement” shall mean the policies, guidelines, terms and conditions included in the Notice of Award concerning NIH funding of a PARTY. In the case of CNH, CNH will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, NIH policies and guidelines set forth in UMB’s Cooperative Agreement when carrying out its obligations under this AGREEMENT.
