This Agreement is the contract of deposit that covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Membership and Account(s) offered to you. In this Agreement, the words "you" and "yours" mean those who sign the Member Account Application. The words "we," "us," and "our" mean Hudson River Community Credit Union ("Credit Union"). The word "account" means any one or more accounts you have with the Credit Union. The classification and form of ownership of your accounts are designated on your Member Account Application.
