This Master Security Consulting Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Master Agreement”) is entered into by and between AT&T Enterprises, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company having its principal place of business at 208 South Akard Street, Dallas, Texas 75202 (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), and Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services having its principal place of business at 3771 Eastwood Drive, Jackson, Mississippi 39211 (hereinafter referred to as “ITS”), as contracting agent for the governmental agencies, educational institutions, or governing authorities of the State of Mississippi (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”). ITS and Customer are sometimes collectively referred to herein as “State”.
