These Master Service Subscription Terms (including any applicable Schedules and Exhibits hereto or other terms and conditions incorporated by reference herein “Master Terms”) govern any Order Form that references them and are made and entered into by and between the entity named as the “Customer” in the Order Form (“Customer”) and the applicable Dynamo Software company specified in Section 22.1 (“Vendor”).
