DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT is entered into effective June 18, 2013, by and between County of San Bernardino on behalf of Arrowhead Regional Medical Center ("Company") and DrFirst.com, Inc. ("DrFirst") (collectively the "Parties"), to amend the Master Agreement ("Master Agreement") executed by the Parties on August 24, 2010.
