THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the 1st day of January 2025 (“Effective Date”), by and between the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (“District”), a regional sewer district organized and existing as a political subdivision under Chapter 6119 of the Ohio Revised Code, pursuant to the authority of Resolution No. 191- 24, adopted by the District’s Board of Trustees on August 1, 2024 (Exhibit “A”), and the City of Berea (“Member Community”), a political subdivision of the State of Ohio, acting pursuant to Ordinance No. , passed on , 2024 (Exhibit “B”). The District and the Member Community may be collectively referred to herein as “Parties.”
