Description: Beaumont Hospital intends to establish a multiparty framework agreement for the provision of general architectural services and, when required, the provision of architecturallyled design team services. The appointed design professionals shall undertake general and preliminary design work relating to the construction of new healthcare facilities and/or the amendment of existing healthcare facilities under the control of the Contracting Authority. Design work may be required in connection with a range of construction projects concerning the modification of the Contracting Authority’s campus, including the relocation of existing departments and/or directorates, the construction of extensions to certain areas of the main Hospital building and the renovation of theatres, wards and other live healthcare areas.
