These Nanopore Product Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) dated as of the last date of signature (the “Effective Date”) are entered into between Oxford Nanopore Technologies Plc, having its registered address at Gosling Building Edmund Halley Road, Oxford Science Park, Oxford, OX4 4DQ, United Kingdom, (“Oxford”), and Animal & Plant Health Agency, having an address at Woodham Lane, Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 3NB, United Kingdom (“Customer”) with respect to the supply of a “License and Warranty 36 months – GridION” for an amount of £30,375.00. The parties hereby agree as follows:
