NATIONAL ACCESSTO JUSTICE PARTNERSHIP An agreement between ◼ the Commonwealth of Australia and◼ the States and Territories, being: ♦ New South Wales♦ Victoria♦ Queensland♦ Western Australia♦ South Australia♦ Tasmania♦ the Australian Capital Territory, and♦ the Northern Territory. This agreement will support the National Strategic Framework for Legal Assistance, by contributing to integrated, efficient, effective and appropriate legal assistance services which are focussed on improving outcomes and keeping the justice systemaccessible for people experiencing vulnerability and financial disadvantage.
