These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to the Netnod Connection Agreement for IX and if relevant PTP, between Netnod AB (“Netnod”) and Customer, and to any appendices attached thereto, or incorporated by reference therein (jointly the “Netnod IX/PTP Agreement”).
