Morgan”) and Brighthouse Investment Advisers, LLC on behalf of each series of Brighthouse Funds Trust I and Brighthouse Funds Trust II (formerly known as Met Investors Series Trust and Metropolitan Series Fund, respectively) identified on Annex A to the Agreement (each a “Lender”).
