(“FINRA”), a Delaware nonstock corporation that is a self-regulatory organization subject to oversight by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), whose principal place of business is located at 1735 K Street NW, Washington, DC 20006, and the undersigned individual or entity (“Vendor”).
