(the “Contractor,”) with a principal place of business at 99 Realty Drive, Cheshire, CT 06410 acting by Stephen Dietzko, PE, its Vice President and the State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”), with a principal place of business at 450 Columbus Boulevard, Hartford, Connecticut 06103, acting by Paul Greco, its Contract Specialist, in accordance with Sections 4a-2 and 4a-51 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
