This On Premises End User License Agreement is entered into by the GSA Multiple Award Schedule Contractor acting on behalf of AttackIQ, Inc. a Delaware corporation (“AttackIQ”) and the eligible Ordering Activity under GSA Schedule contracts identified in the Purchase Order, Statement of Work, or similar document (“Customer” or “Ordering Activity”).
