The below payment terms (“Online Payment Terms”) are effective as of the date of acceptance of the clickwrap agreement reflected through the payment link that is referenced on the provided invoice (“Clickwrap Agreement”) and are by and between the individual or entity accepting the Clickwrap Agreement (“You”) and the applicable Lansweeper entity (“Lansweeper”) reflected in the agreement that was previously entered into between You and Lansweeper governing the contractual relationship between the Parties (“Original Agreement”). By accepting the Clickwrap Agreement, You indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Online Payment Terms. You and Lansweeper may be referred to in these Online Payment Terms individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.”
