This Agreement is by and between The Ohio Bell Telephone Company dba AT&T Ohio (“Telco”) and Mobilfone Service, Inc dba Staley Paging (“Carrier”) (collectively, the “Parties”) for Facilities used for Interconnection for a paging Commercial Mobile Radio Services provider under Sections 251 and 252 of the Act.
