THIS PARK IMPROVEMENTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of , 2025 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Village of Cottage Grove, a Wisconsin municipal corporation (the “Village”), and Jump In Foundation, Inc., a Wisconsin non-stock organization recognized as tax-exempt under I.R.C. § 501(c)(3), d/b/a Miracle League of Dane County (“Miracle League”).
