On June 12, 2013, the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) approved a settlement agreement that was reached with Staff of the CPUC and participating CLECs1 (together, “Settling Parties”) for the purpose of redesigning CenturyLink’s PAP. As an integral part of the settlement, participating CLECs and CenturyLink agreed that this redesigned PAP should be proposed for adoption in the 13 other CenturyLink QC RBOC states.
