This is an Agreement (“Agreement”) by and between the County of Santa Clara, a political subdivision of the State of California, dba County of Santa Clara Health System (“County” and/or “Health System”) and Offeror (“Contractor”), for provision of on-call perfusion services. County and Offeror may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
