This agreement, between River Bend Golf Club, referred to in this agreement as “CLUB”, and “Tee-time players”, referred to in this agreement as “PERMANENT TEE-TIME”, grants the privilege of using the River Bend Golf Club and facilities according to the following terms and conditions.
