This addendum is incorporated into the Residential Lease Agreement (the “Lease”) identified below and is in addition to all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. If any terms of this Addendum conflict with the Lease, the terms of this Addendum shall be controlling.

Resident(s) has paid a pet fee in the amount of $1,000.00, which is a non-refundable fee for the privilege of keeping a pet. Resident(s) may keep a pet during the term of their lease agreement; however, it is specifically understood that this provision may be canceled by Management by giving ten (10) days written notice to the Resident(s) should a determination that the pet is destructive to the apartment and/or grounds or that the pet is unduly noisy or is disturbing any other residents of the community. Such cancellation of the Pet Policy Addendum shall in no way affect the lease agreement between the parties which shall remain in full force and effect as to all of its terms and conditions.

The following agreement, which is incorporated into Tenant Rental Agreement by reference, shall govern the keeping of a common household pet in and on properties owned and operated by the Oroville Housing Authority (“OHA”). A “common household pet” shall be defined as a domesticated animal, such as a dog, cat, bird, rodent, small reptiles, turtles or fish. Rabbits are not permitted. The purpose of this agreement is to allow individual Tenants to benefit from the pleasure of common household pet ownership, while, at the same time, ensuring that pet ownership does not interfere with the rights of all Tenants to clean, quiet, and safe surroundings. Tenants shall abide by all of the regulations of the Housing Authority regarding the care and control of such animals as follows:
