Attached to this issue for the Commission’s consideration is the Pipeline Emergency and Temporary Use Agreement, which is to be executed by the South Pigeon Lake Regional Wastewater Commission and the member municipalities of the County of Wetaskiwin, and the Summer Villages of Norris Beach, Crystal Springs, Grandview, and Poplar Bay. This collaborative agreement is included as one of the agreements in the Intermunicipal Collaboration Framework between the County and these Summer Villages.

Attached please find a copy of the Pipeline Emergency and Temporary Use Agreement to be executed by the County of Wetaskiwin and the Summer Villages of Norris Beach, Crystal Springs, Grandview and Poplar Bay. This collaborative agreement is included as one of the agreements in the Intermuncipal Collaboration Framework, recently passed in bylaws of all participating parties.
