This POS System Service Agreement (“Service Agreement”) by and between Shift4 Payments, LLC (“Shift4” or “Company”) and Merchant consists of these Terms and Conditions, POS Exhibit A, and the POS Account Setup Form, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. The Service Agreement is binding on the parties on the date that Shift4 approves Merchant’s signed POS Exhibit A.
