This Preliminary Planned Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this day of , 2018, by and between the City of Eagan, a Minnesota municipal corporation (hereinafter, the “City”), and MWF Properties, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (hereinafter, the “Developer”). The “City” and the “Developer” are hereinafter collectively known as the “Parties”.
