This Procore Partner Framework Agreement (“Framework Terms”), and applicable Program Addendum(s), together will all referenced and linked agreements and policies (collectively, the “Agreement”) is entered into between the “Partner” identified below and Procore entity described in the “Contracting Entity, Governing Law and Venue” section (“Procore”) (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”) and governs Partner’s participation in one or more Programs. The Agreement is effective as of the date last signed below (“Effective Date”).
