By placing an order or purchasing Dolby hardware and software products (collectively “Products”), Customer agrees that the accompanying Dolby Invoice and these terms of sale (“Sales Contract” or “Agreement”) shall govern such purchase. Conflicting terms contained in other written agreement(s) executed by Dolby and Customer shall prevail over the conflicting term(s) in this Agreement. Additional or conflicting terms contained in any Customer document shall be null and void unless expressly agreed to by Dolby in writing.

BY PURCHASING CST PRODUCTS YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT WITH CST. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND RETURN THE PRODUCT UNOPENED AND UNUSED AS DIRECTED BELOW TO CANCEL YOUR INVOICE OR RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
